This policy explains how we process your personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process
This website has no forms or user accounts. We only process the data you give us when you email or call us: name, email, phone number, the content of your enquiry and, if you buy a motorcycle, the data needed for the sale, shipping and registration (ID or passport and address).
3. Purposes and legal basis

We do not send you advertising without your express consent and we do not make automated decisions.
4. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for no longer than one year. Customer data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law (for example, six years for accounting records).
5. Recipients
Only where needed for the sale: our accountants, transport companies, customs agents, the Spanish traffic authority (DGT) and public authorities as required by law. Our email and web hosting providers may also access the data as processors under contract. We never sell your data.
6. International transfers
We do not plan to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. If a technology provider did so, it would be with GDPR safeguards (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to info@vortexmotors.eu or by post to Calle La Mezquita, 17, 41927 Mairena del Aljarafe (Sevilla), España, with proof of identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority of your country.
